Due to the current COVID-19 circumstances, staying home and protecting yourself is our number one priority at Nissan. In line with the latest government communications and guidelines regarding COVID-19 safety, we have advised all our dealers to take every necessary step to protect the health and safety of our customers and employees.

Are your showrooms open?
Our car showrooms in Sitra will remain open beyond April 23rd, 2020.
However, we still oblige to answer your enquiries, just fill our call back form to get your enquiry answered here.
Can I still service my vehicle at your centres?
Our service centres in Sitra, Salmabad, Manama, Ma’ameer, Janabiya, Arad & Hamad Town will continue to support our aftersales customers as per normal timings.
Periodic maintenance and vehicle repairs will be provided upon scheduling a service booking.

Are you considering mobile/home service for car maintenance?
Currently, we provide service at our centres as per normal timings. However, we have pick and drop services available at the location of your convenience.

Can I still purchase a vehicle these days? Are you able to deliver my vehicle safely?
Yes, we are committed to helping you safely enjoy your new car.
Please note that we are strictly adhering to the health and safety directives implemented by the Government Executive Committee and have so far taken necessary measures to protect all internal and external stakeholders against contamination.
These include:
- Disinfection of all areas across all our properties including the implementation of additional hygiene and cleaning trainings for our housekeeping teams;
- Placing hand sanitizers for guests at all entry and exits;
- Sanitization of the interior and exterior of our vehicles on display
In addition to all these, we ensure that all cars are disinfected by our trained staff. Note that this service will be offered free of charge to our sales customers during vehicle handover.
